於是耶穌對門徒說：若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架來跟從我。人若賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有甚麼益處呢？人還能拿甚麼換生命呢？

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. … What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? – Matthew 16:24, 26

願那喜悅我冤屈得伸的（冤屈得伸：原文是公義）歡呼快樂；願他們常說：當尊耶和華為大！耶和華喜悅他的僕人平安。

Let those who delight in my righteousness shout for joy and be glad and say evermore, “Great is the Lord, who delights in the welfare of his servant!” – Psalm 35: 27

（耶和華的僕人大衛的詩，交與伶長。）惡人的罪過在他心裡說：我眼中不怕 神！

To the choirmaster. Of David, the servant of the Lord. Transgression speaks to the wicked deep in his heart; [ Some Hebrew manuscripts, Syriac, Jerome (compare Septuagint); most Hebrew manuscripts in my heart] there is no fear of God before his eyes. – Psalm 36: 1

3/31/26 ¦ 詩篇 第36篇: 5~9節 ¦ 禱讀 36: 5, 6節

耶和華啊，你的慈愛上及諸天；你的信實達到穹蒼。

你的公義好像高山；你的判斷如同深淵。耶和華啊，人民、牲畜，你都救護。

Your steadfast love, O Lord, extends to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds. Your righteousness is like the mountains of God; your judgments are like the great deep; man and beast you save, O Lord. – Psalm 36: 5, 6

願你常施慈愛給認識你的人，常以公義待心裡正直的人。

Oh, continue your steadfast love to those who know you, and your righteousness to the upright of heart! – Psalm 36: 10

（大衛的詩。）不要為作惡的心懷不平，也不要向那行不義的生出嫉妒。

[This psalm is an acrostic poem, each stanza beginning with the successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet] Of David. Fret not yourself because of evildoers; be not envious of wrongdoers! – Psalm 37: 1

4/3/26 ¦ 詩篇 第37篇: 3~7節 ¦ 禱讀 37: 7節

你當默然倚靠耶和華，耐性等候他；不要因那道路通達的和那惡謀成就的心懷不平。

Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices! – Psalm 37: 7

4/4/26 ¦ 詩篇 第37篇: 8~11節 ¦ 禱讀 37: 8, 9節

當止住怒氣，離棄忿怒；不要心懷不平，以致作惡。

因為作惡的必被剪除；惟有等候耶和華的必承受地土。

Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil. For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land. – Psalm 37: 8, 9
