於是耶穌對門徒說：若有人要跟從我，就當捨己，背起他的十字架來跟從我。人若賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有甚麼益處呢？人還能拿甚麼換生命呢？

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. … What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? – Matthew 16:24, 26

行 為 完 全 、 遵 行 耶 和 華 律 法 的 ， 這 人 便 為 有 福 ！

遵 守 他 的 法 度 、 一 心 尋 求 他 的 ， 這 人 便 為 有 福 ！

[This psalm is an acrostic poem of twenty-two stanzas, following the letters of the Hebrew alphabet; within a stanza, each verse begins with the same Hebrew letter] Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord! Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart, – Psalm 119: 1~2

少 年 人 用 甚 麼 潔 淨 他 的 行 為 呢 ？ 是 要 遵 行 你 的 話 ！

我 將 你 的 話 藏 在 心 裡 ， 免 得 我 得 罪 你 。

How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word. … I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you. – Psalm 119: 9, 11

我 要 默 想 你 的 訓 詞 ， 看 重 你 的 道 路 。

我 要 在 你 的 律 例 中 自 樂 ； 我 不 忘 記 你 的 話 。

I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways. I will delight in your statutes; I will not forget your word. – Psalm 119: 15~16

我 時 常 切 慕 你 的 典 章 ， 甚 至 心 碎 。

你 的 法 度 是 我 所 喜 樂 的 ， 是 我 的 謀 士 。

Praise the Lord, all nations! Extol him, all peoples! For great is his steadfast My soul is consumed with longing for your rules [Or your just decrees] at all times. … Your testimonies are my delight; they are my counselors. – Psalm 119: 20, 24

你 開 廣 我 心 的 時 候 ， 我 就 往 你 命 令 的 道 上 直 奔 。

I will run in the way of your commandments when you enlarge my heart! [Or for you set my heart free]. – Psalm 119: 32

10/2/26 ¦ 詩篇 第119篇: 33~40節 ¦ 禱讀 119: 35, 36節

求 你 叫 我 遵 行 你 的 命 令 ， 因 為 這 是 我 所 喜 樂 的 。

求 你 使 我 的 心 趨 向 你 的 法 度 ， 不 趨 向 非 義 之 財 。

Lead me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in it. Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to selfish gain! – Psalm 119: 35, 36

10/3/26 ¦ 詩篇 119篇: 41~48節 ¦ 禱讀 119: 48節

我 又 要 遵 行 （ 原 文 是 舉 手 ） 你 的 命 令 ， 這 命 令 素 來 是 我 所 愛 的 ； 我 也 要 思 想 你 的 律 例 。

I will lift up my hands toward your commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on your statutes. – Psalm 119: 48
